| Arrange the letters and numbers in the setting board. A full set of letters and numbers is provided with the equipment. |
Place the plastic blank on top of the letters. NNPR provides SABS approved blanks in various dimensions |
Rest the setting board against the roller and turn the handle. The roller feeds the setting board evenly. |

| Peel away the excess stick film around the letters. |
Peel away 2 centimeters of the 3M reflective backing sheets. |
Stick the backing sheet to the top of the number plate. |

| Turn the handle to feed the plate through the top roller, while peeling away the backing sheet. |
